Please take into account your location when purchasing as being in Australia we do live in a warmer climate and goods can melt in temperatures as low as 22c. 

We strongly recommend the use of Express Shipping where available to reduce the amount of time parcels are in transit. 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive melted as they are purchased at the customer's risk. This comes under damaged goods and a compensation claim can be made via Australia Post.

    The chocolates were stale unfortunately so they are still sitting in my fridge as the staleness makes it hard to eat them the way I'd like to and as much as I'd like to on the upside the wrapped ones were all nice &.and soft which made it easier to chew them as that's the way I like my wrapped lollies lol the fish lollies weren't pleasant to eat as they also tasted stale but I'm a sweet tooth person so I can eat next to any lollies lol stale or not my kids and hubby on the other hand not so much 😊 thank you very good for the amount I received and paid for I would order again 😊
