Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at eatsweetlollies@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Damages will be reviewed case by case.  Each item travels differently and it is subject to your own specific Pick n Mix section.  Items damaged in transit will be reviewed however a refund is not guaranteed 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food).

Please select your items carefully.  Remembering that the majority of the items are Pick n MIX and lollies are mixed together in their bags.  

Due to the nature of our business, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund where:

  • You change your mind
  • Buy the wrong size 
  • Buy the wrong colour

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Weather Issues 

Australia can be a hot and humid place.  Eat Sweet Lollies cannot take responsibility for products damaged in transit due to extremities in temperature including occurrences of this when in transit or if placed in the sun, nor will we replace said product before reviewing the delivery circumstances involved. If questions arise as to perishability, please contact us and we will do our best to provide guidance
